Finally! Fresh, hand-made Blini from the USA! Collins Caviar Company has created a new division, American Blini Company. We are hand griddling fresh blini for national distribution. Unlike some competitive products, our blini are made from fresh, whole ingredients, not powdered components. Taste the difference for yourself!

Classic Blini, made with unbleached wheat flour

American blini are vacuum packed, and perishable. They should be stored refrigerated for 2 weeks, or frozen. Always re-heat before serving in a conventional, convection or toaster oven. We do not recommend microwaving.
